Purpose: To disseminate and publicize council information and other relevant issues to the community through the SIDDC website, flyers, newsletters, local newspapers, and presentations at council meetings; to oversee the Sub-committee that plans the annual Family Resource & Transition Fair.
The Staten Island UFT is hosting an informational parent workshop on understanding the new COVID protocols in schools. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Please see the attached flyer containing more information and the zoom link.

We are thankful for the bonuses some staff will get but the workforce
crisis won’t end until the staff is paid properly. We need our
legislators to be our partners in protecting the health, safety, and
survival of some of society’s most vulnerable citizens and undoing the
neglect of the past decade.
